Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within ** 4 days** of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged products in their original packaging.

• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• To initiate a return, email us at hello@nilahcollective.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us with images of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

• Gift Hampers are non returnable

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as our products are handcrafted on order.
